Paleo Diet is diet that was do by primordial man in 10.000 years ago. The paleo diet way is eat some vegetables and meats as a main menu in every times of eating. Some scientist still believe that paleo diet works today to help people to get their dream's body.
Why we should back to the past and eat like that way?
Its because our body genetically has been designed to eat like paleolithic man in stone age naturally.
And the scientist who support this diet program claimed that this diet is the most suitable for our body biologically, because nutritional balance so as to make the body become more healthy and able to reduce the risk of various diseases.
Paleo diet menu is same with our daily menu as always we eat. Basically in paleo diet program we should not calculate the number calories consume seriously, the point is we eat until we feel enough to eating. When you have eating and than you feel that should be stop, stop it if you feel thats enough for you to get energy from food.
Make sure that the food which you will eat is healthy and good for you. Don't you want to eat part of a meat that has white color, isn't it? Its a fat, but its a bad fat. When you need a good fat you can consuming some nuts or some meat. Even though our body biologically didn't need massive number of fat to consume.
And the conclusion is paleo diet did not pragrame us to eat carbohideat, we are only eat meats and vegetables as like as paleolithic man eat ove 10.000 years ago.
